2. Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in our CDL training programs, students must:

  • Meet minimum age requirements under Texas CDL regulations

  • Possess a valid Texas driver’s license

  • Meet all medical and DOT requirements

  • Provide accurate and complete enrollment information

  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States (if applicable for employment assistance)

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in delayed enrollment or dismissal without refund (see Refund Policy below).

3. Enrollment & Payment Terms

Enrollment:

Enrollment is completed through our online system or in person. Submission of enrollment information does not guarantee acceptance into the program until confirmed by our administration.

Payment:

  • Tuition fees must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan before training begins.

  • We offer secure online payment options.

  • Any outstanding balance must be paid before certification or completion documents are issued.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension from training.

4. Attendance & Conduct Policy

Students are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled classes and driving sessions

  • Arrive on time and prepared

  • Follow instructor guidance and safety rules

  • Treat staff and fellow students respectfully

The school reserves the right to dismiss any student for:

  • Unsafe driving behavior

  • Drug or alcohol use

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Failure to follow safety procedures

Dismissed students may not be eligible for refunds.

5. CDL Testing Disclaimer

We provide CDL training and test preparation; however:

  • We do not guarantee that a student will pass the CDL exam.

  • Final licensing decisions are made by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

  • Students are responsible for scheduling and paying any required state testing fees unless otherwise specified.

6. Job Placement Disclaimer

While we may provide guidance on local job opportunities in South Texas:

  • We do not guarantee job placement.

  • Employment offers are determined solely by hiring companies.

7. Limitation of Liability

CDL Driving School is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructor or safety instructions

  • Delays caused by weather, vehicle maintenance, or testing availability

  • Loss of personal belongings on school property

All training is conducted under professional supervision using properly maintained vehicles.

By using our website, you agree:
